I. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which AleForge may issue refunds for purchased services. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled by the customer.

II. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • A service malfunction that we are unable to resolve
  • Confirmed unauthorized transactions

III. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Service dissatisfaction caused by user configuration issues
  • One-time add-ons or upgrades once activated

IV. Request Process

Users must contact support within 7 days of the transaction with:

  • Account email
  • Invoice or payment ID
  • Details about the refund request

V. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension while the situation is reviewed.
